LRS UK pride ourselves on knowing all about support and we have always known that quality support is what our customers need when they depend on their communication systems ...

Being in technology since 1989 in sectors of business that had to receive immediate service when something does not work has effectively honed LRS UK in to offering what we know is great support and service. All too often you will find companies (particularly on the internet) offering products that often fail to give customers high levels of support, usually because they cut corners somewhere to achieve the prices they sell at, but something usually gives. And it's usually service and support where customers lose out.

So, how can LRS UK offer better support, but also offer great pricing structures to our customers? Well there is a reason, and that is simply because we're not totally dependent on just selling two-way radios (as most of the others out there are) and we never have been! Because we're not actually completely dependent on revenue streams from wireless radios we can actually offer a better service level than what others do. Our support from what customers tell us, is of the highest level (as confirmed on trust pilot) and if you get any kind of issue make no mistake that we're here to help. And we'll be here next time you call.

Of course, if you buy elsewhere then maybe the support from those other companies might be compromised in some way. But never fear, we will still help you! We have many customers that at one time or another suffered at the hands of companies that were only interested in selling a 'box' and then moving on. But factually many of those customers now buy from LRS UK and get a far better service than they were used to from their 'old' supplier. And in some cases even get better deals from us.

Even more critical is the warranty period; we have seen some sellers advise a customer that their one year warranty has lapsed and there is a charge for a repair, but in fact the radio actually had a two year warranty.
